Mezzanine Floor has been developed for the construction of system floors. Unlike convertional steel constructions,it can be easily expanded, moved or modified for future requirements. Combined with a full range of accessories, such as staircases,handrails and safety gates, it lends itself to use inalmost any situation: multitier flooring systems, shelving and pallet racking systems combined withflooring, etc. Using the modular components of the mezzanine flooring system a wide variety of spanlengths are possible, with loads usually from 350 kg/m² up to 1000 kg/m².

Medium Rack is designed for everyday use in many different applications with a simple beam and shelf configuration which can be adjusted at 60 mm intervals as incorporates a wide range of beams and frames, making it easy to customize to meet your precise needs.

The structure is created by connecting the beamsinto the frames. The beam is capable of withstanding heavy loading commonly between 300-800KG/Layer. The layrs can be completed by shelf panels, wire decking, chipboard,steel or wood lots of high-performance accessories are also available to extend the versatility of Steel’s Medium Racking System. They can also design for multi-tier racking used for Mezzanine system or Automotive fittings.
