Warehouse construction

Construction of small to medium factory warehouse
	Our service start from plant design, application of architecture and construction work. If the construction work is up to 5,000sqm. please leave it to us. We can propose cheap construction fee to you.

Tent House
	Our warehouse stick to working term and cost. It can be used as a factory, and can also use financing from leasing company.

Plant Renovation

Water Proofing
	We provide water proofing work by using sealant's that are appropriate to each type of sealing job.

Mezzanine Floor
	Change useful area as a storage space or work space, by creating mezzanine floor.

Flooring
	We offer epoxy, urethane floor coating. We have right method for floor works.(No moisture from new concrete floor)

Cover Roof
	We advise to take a setting way of cover-roof over the present roof without removing the old materials to avoid and prevent scattering harmful dust.

Ceramic Fiber Coating
	By coating ceramic fiber on the roof, it can lower the temperature under the roof and save air conditioner cost.

Office Renovation
	Set office inside and outside factory.

Pathwork
	We offer minor works, such as building fences and passages in the plant.
